I made this minimalistic and semi-transparent cursor to match my current theme called SHINE by zainadeel, It's a really great theme, you should check it out.

This is a complete cursor pack, I included an installer so you could install it easily, learn how to use it by watching this video tutorial that I made. >>[link]<<

If you think that it's too clear, you can add more shadow by going to start>control panel>mouse>pointers>and enable the "enable pointer shadow"
